About Pickup

Pickup in store: 56 Perimeter Center E, Atlanta, GA 30346

Pickup time: Monday to Friday (10:00 am -5:00 pm EST, Saturday (10:00 am- 4:00 pm EST), and Sunday (By appointment).

Customers can select their pickup date and time at order checkout. 

For security purposes, all pickup orders require the following:

  1. The recipient’s full name and date of birth must be emailed to us in advance.

  2. Upon arrival, the recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID, which will be copied for our records.

West Atlanta, South Atlanta, East Point, Forrest Park, Hapeville, Conley, Cobby County

3. 19-26 miles from 30346 (~$25)

Smyrna, Marietta, Kennesaw, Austell, Powder Springs, Mableton, Stone Mountain, Lithonia, Ackworth, Stockbridge, Conyers, McDonough 

4. 27+ miles from 30346 （~$30+）

Canton, Forsyth County, 

 

*Free delivery will be provided if you spend more than $400 

 

Delivery Time

Our delivery slots are: 10:00 am-8:00 pm EST, Monday-Saturday; Sunday by appt.

 

There is no specified delivery time during our standard hours. During the standard delivery time, we cannot provide you with an accurate arrival time. If you need to arrive at an ideal time, you can consider the "Appointed Time Delivery"*.

Appointed Time Delivery

Any deliveries requesting an appointed time will have a surcharge of $25.00. Please specify the delivery time on “Delivery Notes” if ordering online. If the extra $25 fee is paid, we will send someone to deliver your order specifically, which will 99% be guaranteed to arrive at the specified time. If not, we will refund the $25 fee.

 

* It is recommended to set the appointed time that has a 15-30 minute buffer/gap. Due to the
weather or road conditions, sometimes delays may happen. So, for example, if you want to
receive the goods at 1:00 pm, you can write “around 12:30pm-1pm” in the note box.
* Please note that since the store only starts to prepare deliveries at 9am, all designated times
before 10am will not be accepted.

Peak Season Delivery 

During days such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Mother's Day, and other major holidays, due to a large number of orders, we cannot guarantee that all goods will arrive on time. The delivery schedule during holidays are 9:00am-8:00pm EST. Please try to select your delivery time within this time slot. It is recommended to pick up your order at the studio during the holidays.


Unable to reach the recipient/ sender

If the recipient refuses to sign for the goods, no one receives the goods, or the recipient is out of contact for more than 15 minutes, the delivery person will return the goods to our studio, and the customer will have to bear the delivery cost both back and forth.
